Design Phase

o    Design a technology infrastructure framework (TIF) matched to the business processes defined in Phase One.

o    Request for Design framework keyed to business requirements for use soliciting supplier design recommendations.

 

Deployment Phase

o    Deployment guide based on TIF to ensure that supplier implementation plans satisfy business objectives.

o    Performance management framework for measuring deployed technology infrastructure based on ability to meet business objectives.
